Costs and payment plans
All costs will be discussed before treatment begins. We have affordable and flexible payment plans. We also accept insurance assignments and will file the necessary papers with the insurance company. Together we make a healthy beautiful smile affordable for everyone. For your convenience, we welcome VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Insurance
Dubin Orthodontics is a participating provider for the following insurance companies:

If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay (please see above). Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not the insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to you, the patient, and you, as the patient, are responsible to the doctor. We will, however, assist in every way that we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
